Our History

Afrisites Tours and Travel offers safaris in Uganda and Rwanda. Whether you want a luxury, mid-range or budget safari, we have you covered. We aim at exceeding our clients’ expectations. These safaris can be primate safaris, wildlife safaris, honeymoon safaris, bird watching safaris and adventure safaris. We also have walking safaris, cultural safaris and many more.

We offer gorilla trekking safaris in Uganda and Rwanda. 51% of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas are found in Uganda — Bwindi. The rest are in Volcanoes National Park and the Virunga massif. Some travellers prefer Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park or Mgahinga; others prefer Rwanda.

Our Goals & Values

Book permits through official channels. Pay communities and porters fairly. Give guests the real walking times and the real lodge standard. Conservation only works if the trip is honest.

Meet Our Staff

Operations sit at Light Close, Buwate, Kira Municipality, Kampala. Guides are full-time safari professionals who stay with you from airport to airport. Named staff photos will be added here; until then, every enquiry reaches the same Kampala desk that books UWA and RDB permits.
