Day 01 :

Transfer to Kibale National Park

You’ll be picked up from your hotel in Entebbe or Kampala early in the morning by our private 4×4 vehicle and professional English-speaking guide. Enjoy a scenic drive west through the beautiful Ugandan countryside with a stop for lunch en route. You will arrive at Kibale National Park in the late afternoon.

Day 02 :

Chimpanzee Tracking and Bigodi Wetland Walk

After an early breakfast you will head to the park headquarters for a briefing before setting off on your chimpanzee tracking trek in Kibale Forest. In the afternoon you will enjoy a guided walk through the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, home to many monkeys, birds, and butterflies.

Day 03 :

Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

After breakfast you will drive north to Murchison Falls National Park (5–6 hours) with a lunch stop along the way. You will arrive in the late afternoon and settle into your lodge.

Day 04 :

Game Drive and Boat Cruise to the Base of Murchison Falls

Depart early in the morning for an exciting game drive in the northern sector of the park, where you may spot elephants, giraffes, buffalo, lions, and Uganda kob. In the afternoon you will board a boat for the spectacular cruise along the Nile River to the base of the falls, where the mighty river explodes through a narrow 7-metre gorge.

Day 05 :

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast you will drive south to Queen Elizabeth National Park (4–5 hours). You will enjoy beautiful views of the Rwenzori Mountains and stop for lunch before arriving at your lodge.

Day 06 :

Game Drives and Kazinga Channel Boat Safari

You will enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in the Kasenyi plains, famous for tree-climbing lions in the Ishasha sector, elephants, buffalo, and many antelope species. In the afternoon you will take the famous Kazinga Channel boat safari, one of Africa’s best for close-up views of hippos, crocodiles, and hundreds of birds.

Day 07 :

Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After breakfast you will drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (4–5 hours) with a lunch stop en route. You will arrive in the late afternoon and your guide will give you a full briefing about tomorrow’s gorilla trek.

Day 08 :

Mountain Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After an early breakfast, you will be transferred to the park headquarters for the mandatory briefing by the Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers. You will then trek into the dense ancient rainforest (trek duration 1–6 hours depending on the gorilla family’s location). Once you locate the habituated mountain gorilla group, you will spend a magical one hour observing these gentle giants at close range as they feed, play, and interact. In the afternoon you return to the lodge to relax and reflect on this unforgettable experience.

Day 09 :

Return to Entebbe/Kampala

After breakfast you will depart Bwindi and drive back to Entebbe or Kampala (6–8 hours) with a lunch stop en route. You will arrive in the late afternoon or early evening, ready for your onward flight.
